Dumpling Soup


Today I made this dumpling...Believe it very easy...I use Chicken and few vegs for the filling.



Beside that I love to put this dumpling inside a clear soup...Fantastic taste and I like the crunchy of carrot and chestnut... !!




I Love to dip it with Epok-epok Sauce, Spicey and sweet...




Here is the picture... Look great rights and taste better too..That is what my elder son tell me..Delicious...

Resepinya:

7 batang lada merah -dikisar
2 ulas bawang putih - dikisar
sedikit air utk dimaixkan dlm pengisar
Garam dan gula secukup nya -( gunakan sedikit gula merah dan putih)
2 sudu makan cuka.
1 sudu makan sos tomato.

Setelah kisar masukkan kedalam periuk dan biarkan ia nya mendidih sehingga pekat sedikit dan rasa apa yg kurang.
Rasa nya mesti ..Pedas, amnis dan masam...
Dik makan cecah dgn popiah dan epok2 pun sedap...

Mama...macam mana nak wat kulit dumpling tu...??Bahan isi dalamnya tu nak wat macam mana...?? Hubby saya dh lama suruh wat tapi saya tak reti...boleh tak mummy ajar...TQ
