Double Chocolate Muffins with Chocolate Frosting


200gm all purpose Flour

1 tspn Baking powder

2 tblspn Cocoa Powder

6 tblspn Butter softed

1/2 tspn ground cinnamon - Optional

115 caster sugar

185 white chocolate - broken into small pieces

2 large eggs

100 ml milk


1 Sift the flour, cocoa, baking powder, white chocolate and cinnamon into a big bowl.. Put aside

2 Whisk the eggs and butter until smooths, add in milk and stir for a while.

3 Stir in to dry Ingredients , until smooths, divide the mixture evenly between the paper cases.

4 Bake in a preheated oven 200*c for 20 mins or until well risen.

5 Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely..
