Chicken Sausages With Cheese Cupcakes

Chicken Sausages with Cheese Cupcakes


280gm Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Blackpepper
2 Eggs
175 milk
100 gm Butter
200 gm Chicken Sausages, cut into small cubes
150 gm Cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
50 gm Sugar
A pinch of Salt
A pinch of Mixed spices


1 Mix all the ingredients together, folding in the cubed Sausages and Cheese lastly.

2 On a baking tray, pour the mixture into individual paper cupcakes holders.

3 Bake the mixture at 180'C for 25 to 30 minutes.
