Carrot cake

Carrot Cake


200 g Maltitol sugar
250 ml Corn oil
10 g Cinnamon powder
350 g Carrot
10 g Salt
5 g Soda
150 g Walnut/Almonds
300 g Flour
5 g Baking Powder
5 g Nutmeg


1. Whisk the eggs, maltitol, Sugar and salt, till fluffy. Add in warm oil.

2. Add in grated carrot and sieved flour with cinnomon, nutmeg, baking powder and soda. Mix well. then fold in chopped walnuts.

3. Bake at 180'c for 25-40 mins

4. Let it cool completely.
